Order from shopee food, i have order cheezy wedges, not recieve.and the sibger burger without bun. Very bad service same goes to rider and a dinner plate combo missing one chicken piece totallyy disappointed

Bad service due to shortage of manpower. Nothing personal but the staff tried their best to serve the Q.
Not clean and full of rubbish and litters
Most of menu not available at 6pm

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS SHOP EVER.

I love this outlet at Vantage Point, Jelutong. I particularly like one of the counter staff, a lady who's slightly plump in size as she's friendly and cheerful. The chicken is always fresh and crunchy from the oven. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw are freshly made. The hot white coffee completes the meal just nice. I have stopped going to other outlets since I discovered this one. Still nice although a bit costly

Kualiti ayam KFC semakin teruk.beli dinner set, tapi sos pun tak diberi.beli kentang lecek tapi gravy dia pun sikit sgt.takkan dah nk closing, sampai semua lupa nak bagi.plus staff depan tu very rude. KFC management Jelutong please take note

Tolong beri kaunseling kepada staff anda tentang adap, hormat & cara berkomunikasi dengan orang yg lebih tua (warga emas).

Sos pun nak berkira dengan orang tua, bukannya dia minta 2,3 botol pun, dia nak 2,3 packet kecil saja.itu pun dia minta dengan penuh hormat.kes hari ini jam 12: 10 hrs/29/01/2022

Terutama Kepada Staff anda yg paling besar.

Just suprised to be informed after payng that they do not have any tomato or chilli sauce available.the meal would surely go down way better.

Staff very kind and helpful but outlet stop prepare chicken to early before the closing time.if possible half and hour before closing time is consider just nice

Purchase made on 30May2021, worst service given. Staff attitude very bad. KFC please do something with this branch. KFC reputation are on risk with this kind of service

I choose self collect on 11/06/2021.after tat i check my order in apps is already can pick up but when i arrive they just want to start prepare for me. I can undarstand if they want to keep fresh food for customer so prepare when the customer coming. But i waiting so long time there about 15min, and ask the staff 2 times. The attitude of employees is very lazy and slow. The store has no system at all. Won't come again.

My usual experience with this branch will be missing item or missing piece of chicken.
This walk in take away is good.the packer is kind and friendly, explain well in what she has pack.
Just the cashier, maybe hungry, seem a bit tired.

But when home, check my 5 pieces box.
4 light meats.hmm.ordered OR.should have more dark meat.maybe I’m fat, she wanted me to slim down?

Best kFC in town. This kfc offer you a good quality of fresh and hot fast food. As example, you like to eat coleslaw. If you go to buy you will repeat again. They mix well the vege and lot of mayo. I go to another KFC and try to compare and not surprise kfc jelutong coleslaw win.

Bila dah request order semua hot n spicy.tapi still campur original.bukan sekali order, tapi setiap kali dtg beli dekat sini ada sje benda xkena.kadang item xdapat.staff so many careless.hope hq turun pantau

Small KFC restaurant sometimes if alot of customer waiting to make order, will have to lineup until outside of the restaurant. The line Q can reach until next shop lot beside KFC. And now because of Covid-19, P. K. P rules haved to closed at 8PM. If you want to buy KFC, better go earlier. Q line getting two times longer then normal time because alot of people rushing to buy, while they just have limited time after their work finish.
6PM to 8PM very busy.
Want to avoid Q line, go before 6PM.

Walaupun waktu covid 19 ramainya orang beratur nak beli.

Depend on each kfc, not recommended delivery or self collect, sometimes the staff didn't get the order right

This KFC branches is getting better than previous batch of staffs and the chicken was fresh and hot like just out from fryer.
