Visit there on last 22/9，the cashier seemed unwilling to serve us.
The tone of voice is not very good to the guests either. And the food was serve very late too.

Please inform the customer if the food needs time to be prepared. Not every customer has all day to sit and wait. What is so hard to tell the customer "xxx menu kena tunggu dalam xxx minute".

Kfc is the best so far.the staff is friendly.the manager is really good.the chicken is big and worth the price compared to other kfc.good job guys!

What's going on KFC RAJA UDA! Obviously you didn't check the order before you give to PANDA DILIVERY. I order MILO PANAS but I receive is HOT WATER the worst is the colour is look like DRAIN! Very Disappointed.

I tried visited 3 nights, and all 3 nights around 9pm, the counter has no people around, all standing behind the kitchen talking, and then the next night, I was standing behind a customer, and after the customer finish order, the cashier walked away. I've been standing there 10 minutes without any one serve me. Really bad service branch.

I recently visited this branch, and my overall experience was nothing short of terrible. The service I received was slow, inefficient, and completely unprofessional. It is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to share my awful encounter with this particular KFC outlet.

Upon arriving at the counter to place my order, I specifically instructed the worker to prepare my meal with mixed flavors, focusing only on thigh and drumstick portions. Additionally, I kindly requested my drinks without any ice. However, it seems like my simple requests were too much for the staff to handle.

To begin with, the worker taking my order demonstrated a complete lack of attentiveness and customer service skills. After I placed my order, he walked away without even acknowledging my presence. Instead, he engaged in a conversation with his friend in the kitchen, leaving me standing there, feeling disregarded and ignored.

We have ordered teh tarik, the tarik is no taste I have call the customer service, then the manager had call us and replace us 2 cups of Milo, thank you so much, the manager are attitude very good keep sorry to us, thank you so much!

Worst branch, order simply do, customers please double check before taking away the orders especially for the vouchers order.
7 chickens give 6 chickens
2 coleslaw give 1 coleslaw and 1 potato
2 wedges give 1 cheesy wedges
3 drinks give 2 drinks
None of the items is correct

Bad service. Gives wrong item and no given bottle drink as combo package I purchased. They only give soft drink in the cup with no gas already. Will not go again.

Waiting time too long, only one staff is handling at counter. Not completing the orders properly, need to request few times on the sauce and tissue. Hand wash area was really dirty.

Extremely slow and poor service. I Ordered 4 hot and spicy chicken breasts but there is not enough chicken in the store (I mean, seriously? KFC is a fried chicken store right?) so the worker offered me to take the original chicken breasts. After packing 2 chickens, the worker just stood there doing nothing. After about 10 minutes, she realised that she has to pack 2 more chickens so she turned back to pack the chickens but there is no any chicken breast left! So she just gave me small wings and thighs. Come on, are you kidding me? Why can’t you prepare more chickens during lunch time? If you can’t serve any chickens, then don’t open the store. Moreover, the coleslaw was out of stock. The food was cold and tasted bad. The chicken skin is not crispy at all. The fries have a weird and sour taste. YOU SHOULD IMPROVE EVERYTHING IN THE STORE!

What kind of ‘fast food' is this. It take me almost 30 mins to collect my meal although the store wasn't crowd

Everything finish as many ppl Q. Seberang Jaya Petronas KFC the best. Serve and cook well, chicken always fresh.

Don't allowed to use TNG ewallet as payment even they put the sticker on the front door
TNG always down when want to use it.

The freshness, crispiness of chicken is not the same as other outlets. It tastes different comparing to other outlet.
