Just make sure drop your parcel before 6pm. They will not accept or scan after 6pm.

Most important thing is, every Friday there will be Pasar Malam along that road, road will be close.

In my opinion that Jnt is a very fast delivery company but don’t know why this branches slows as snail, 3 of my parcels from Shopee stuck at there 1week even call them so many times but still don’t want accept the call

My parcel stuck here almost 4 days with status " on hold, being arrange". Better close this branch because this is not express. Just take money for your pocket but not to satisfied customer feeling

LDC SIMPANGEMPAT 608 ni buat kerja betul2 barang customer bukan boleh dibawa main hntr ke salah alamat sampai ke 3 bungkusan salah tempat. Dispatch bermasalah tak payah dtg kerja kalau kerja pun tak boleh buat dgn betul. Korang punya rezeki semua dari pelanggan yg datang bukan nak ckp tak faham kerja lah apa habistu pelanggan tak penat ke cari duit beli barang dihantar dgn J&T lepastu pergi ke salah alamat brg tak dapat duit pun bukan senang nak dapatkan balik.

Services this too bad.when is not COD they told as to take our parcel to the office.how can be possible? We already paid and we done told to the courier guy there is no one received my parcel because they are no body in the house.why can’t they won’t park my parcel at my house? Even I give them permission let my parcel be there for a while and that’s my responsibility. HOW CAN THE COURIER GUY give us they’s duty to us.this is too too bad services…plz give them some advisers and action.

Poor and worst service! Parcel status is on hold for almost 2 weeks and not picking up phone. Normally delivery within Penang just 1-3 days but this one haiyaa.no wonder this branch received lots of bad reviews.
