J&T Express (PEN411) Bayan Point

Customer service treats really nice and do a proper job, such blessing to post parcel in here

First time use J&T at this branch. Good customer support although the customer service not much talking.the parcel i sent was fast delivered (2 transit days) to Selangor & Johor accordingly.

J&T area Bayan Lepas service memang out. J&T bernama ijam memang biadap. Nak tegur, tegur dengan cara yang betul, bukan main lepas kemarahan pada orang. Dia marah saya guna voice whatsapp sebab saya letak alamat salah, dalam kurungan saya dah letak nama kawasan rumah saya. Sedangkan sebelum ni saya order barang dan terima parcel yang lain okay saja. Parcel sampai depan pagar rumah, kalau ya pun bertutur dengan kata yang baik. Semoga awak berubah kearah yang lebih baik lepasni. First time dapat kurier yang bermasalah macam ni. Allahuakhbar terasa hati bila kena marah macam ni

1stime mai sini sbb dekat gn rumah. Staff mmg terbaik n friendly sangat. Taktau apaa tanya jaa, tanya banyak pun tak bt muka macam stgah tempat mmg akan mai sini jaaa.

Layanan bagus cuma terlalu cepat tutup, padahal tutupnya kul 7pm tp kul) dia xterima barang lg dah.

J&T sini memang perform. So far all parcel posted here tak ada masalah. Also, the staff pun very helpful very friendly. Bravo!

One if the stuff is very helpful, we were late to send a parcel of medicines n medical stuff to my daughter yesterday evening. He help us to stop their dispatch lorry n manage to include our parcel after know our urgency. Thanks to him parcel received today in less than 24 hrs a big high 5 to you. Their good service always our 1st choice.

I did not get to know her name but the Malay lady staff is extremely polite and helpful. My favourite J&T outlet so far.
