J&T (PEN407) Express Jelutong (PREMIUM COURIER POINT)

Gave a parcel way before pickup time of 4pm, but still ended leaving pickup point the next day with no good excuses, even though I paid for next day delivery. So the Friday parcel was delivered only on Monday.

Front desk customer service chinese lady with spec very rude (name of the rude staff is Beah Yi Jie). Pls take action against her as so many customers complaint. Poor attutide and why j&t still keep the poor attitude staff like this? Bad service.

Not encouraging to go this branch of JNT! Poor service and one time parcel guest pay for courrier plastic bag not under JnT! Used poor courrier bag! Their register parcel servic was very bad!

Bad service, the front counter anutie so rude, shop state open 9 to 6pm. But stop receiving item at 530pm. It shld put open time from 9 to 530pm, not 9 to 6pm

Letak time operasi 9am-6pm. Sampai2 bgtahu tutup 5.30pm. Klau 5.30pm nk tutup ubah la time operasi tu. Bt penat pergi je sampai2 bgtahu tutup. Cina tu pn ckp lebih kurang je. Natang beruk sungguh la mu. Servis teruk giler

Bad service, operation hour put 6pm but 535pm stop working and insist don’t want to accept any drop off at all and never say a sorry at all.

The store obviously closed at 6: 00. When I went to send it, he said he wouldn't accept it at 5: 30. But when I sent it, it was 5: 28 and it was not yet time. They said they wouldn't accept it. If you don't accept it at 5: 30, Why do we write the business hours as 6: 00?
Suggestion 5: Send it before 15pm, otherwise they will say they won’t accept it

The front desk auntie is so rude & not helpful at all.ive been dealing with jnt since so many years but so far her attitude is really disappointing! As you can see, almost everyone complained her but i dont know why they still keeping her working there lol.asked me to go back and come next time for international shipping just because shes LAZY to do it for me.when i asked her why, she make faces to me and said ‘YA LA YA LA OKAY I DO’ lolllll what kind of attitude this auntie have.i suggest her to just stay at home inshead of working if she hates her job that much.

Google put business open until 7pm but i reach there at 6.15pm, it is closed. The staffs are there and said that closed already (6pm). If the business is until 6pm only, don't put 7pm in Google. This make customers inconvenience, rush from far away, end up the shop refuse to accept parcel.

My package was mailed here on August 10th. It has been two weeks now, and there is no mail or notification. The tracking number is 650447303805. I haven't received the package yet.

The front desk staff (a Chinese lady) charged me RM0.50 for printing the Shopee return sticker! This is clearly mentioned in Shopee T&C that it is a free service for Return/Refund. Unreasonable! Disappointed!

Front desk ladies long hair with spec customer service is bad, just asking to check tracking and dispatch driver contact for urgent parcel without any response!

Super helpful frontdesk that assisted us on an issue with a return bulk item from Lazada.

Lazada system appointed J&T as the only drop off point. So we went to the nearest CDC J&T at sg.tiram. The service provider over therr was very impolite to us and refuse to accept the item claiming that it was overweight. Without proper checking, sent us off to J&T cargo. Went to couple of J&T cargo outlet, mostly no people working or staff that does not know what to do until we menage to find out J&T cargo is not connected to Lazada return service.

After running many places, we are lucky to meet the front desk here whom gave us advise and willing to check if the system willing to accept the items. The chinese lady spoke very gently, informative and being understanding. Thumbs up!

Lying courier service! Did not attempt my deliveries and claimed I ‘rejected’ their parcels. This happened 3 times with them! Never have I experienced this type of unprofessional service with other courier providers
