This service place has been reduced to a second class car service. It's very small. Looks more like a road side garage. The prices are so expensive. Just an oil change and a few checks cost me close to RM 600.00.probably this is last Hyundai car I'll buy.

The only Hyundai service center in Penang, made appointment but still have to wait for at least two hours just for normal checking and normal service, they even forget you've made your appointment some more.

Don't come near the lunch time, staff lunch hour is much longer than you think.

Gave good advice on an issue we were facing with. We managed to drive back to KL and got it repaired. Saved us on towing charges!

Too small space and gotta hide next to BMW, if you not search carefully, you can't find it.
But the staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable, the 3 star given to Aiman.

Mr. Adam is a very friendly and professional car technician. He gives a lot of helpful advice to the customer.

3 Stars all given to the customer service rep, Aiman & service crew. Professional advices given to customer on issue encountered on vehicle and suggested the best solution. Minus 2 stars to the facility & waiting area provided. Due to the sharing facility with BMW there is limited parking space for Hyundai customer & i have to wait for proposed timing for car collection after service. Sime Darby HQ please put more focus on this service center: providing better area for customers while waiting for car service and hopefully a sales office to display the latest models.

Very poor svc center how come this company can ask workers and customer to fully operate when their shop under major renovation.very not safe to customer and workers there.enviroment very loud not good for healthy.just drop for normal service but cannot wait there to many dusk and loud of noise.please think your customer safety and your workers very pitty to see.please improve.

Automatic/hideously included unnecessary engine washer in their so call basic service. Becareful. However the environment was comfortable.

Booked a car via Mr. Sunny Lim, the Sales Specialist of Sime Darby Auto Hyundai. Sunny provided very good services to us and letting us test drive the car on the roads and highways.
