20Bad service. Call 12times btw office hour, but nobody pickup the phone. When i directly went to office, the staff didn't serve me even he is looking at me. Then, they continue having fun with their food and talking n talking. I tried to call the phone number infront of the staff. Bur, very funny that the phone not ringing. They put the phone into SILENT MODE. Is it all the courier center also put the phone into silent mode?
Customer service paling teruk, tanya elok elok tengah ada masalah ke gdex sekarang sebab lambat delivery then jawapan di bagi agak biadap. Staff perempuan pulak suka menjeling ye. Upgrade sikit customer service. I pakai gdex sbb i trusted. Never ever pakai gdex dah.
Already use Gdex for almost two years, this is first time I meet a rude customer service! I don’t know what is the exactly name she is, she said she is Maria! I know I just call the KL hotline asking about my parcel, and I wish to double confirm with the BM branch if my parcel already there I can go pick up myself since already one week no one send me the parcel! But the Maria refused to understand what I want, just keep saying u just called 5mins ago at HQ there right!
One of your staff always come to my shop for collection very rude. We ask how to order for collection never teach us and what we really disappointed he lie to us will collect later but never come back. Atleast he can teach us how to do and what to do. So rude

Delivery always delayed, 13/9/22 item out for delivery then until night no news. Today check again it said 2nd attempt delivery but still no news. So i should self pickup the package, then why open the courier company? I am paying the delivery fee just to self collect the item myself?

Customer service attitude very poor. Time only 5.20 pm but already close no received any parcel. They close computer but DOOR SHOW SAY OPEN.
Pickup parcel in this office after fail delivery. Fast response from call center, GDEX send a SMS to inform once parcel ready for pickup.
WORST COURRIER IN PENANG. I REALLY DONT RECOMENDED FOR EVERYONE. They will notify to deliver your parcel through message. But then they only call twice and sometimes my phone has no line so i did not get the calls. When i tried to call back it says unavailable. And i cannot reply back their message. So how should i contact them? They dont make any iniciative at all! In 2020, They just keep my parcel there without notify me to pick it up myself. Once i got there they said already return to the seller like what the heck siaa. Sapa je tak panas hati habaq maii. Dahla jauh weh nak pickup sanaa. This year september 2021 they do the same thing. Cmon laa jangan bagi alasan barang banyak, banyak rumah nak hantar. Courier lain pun banyak tapi OK JEE DORANG HANDLEE. KITORANG BAYAR KAN BUAT LA KERJA IKHLASS SIKETT
A good place to send my parcel with ample parking space, friendly staff and the charges are very reasonable.
The staffs are very polite and always greet the customers. They also helped out in a kind manner when it was my first time delivering a parcel
Gdex the worse courier service ever. If you are in penang mainland go for jnt fast delivery and good customer service, great for self pickup also.
My parcel arrived at BM branch at 29th May 9am. I was hoping they will deliver on that day but they didn’t. I called 9am 30th May to tell them that it is a very urgent shipment and I would like to come collect by myself. They told me they will check the status of the parcel and contact me. No news till 11am. I called again. Now no one picked up the phone. I called KL GDex but unfortunately they also can’t help.
Finally I managed to get to Penang branch call center at 12: 25pm. She gave me the BM branch number and again no one picked up the phone. I am not complaining that they didn’t deliver, I know this is difficult time. I wanted to go and collect but no one can even tell me where to collect how to collect when to collect! And if you have customer service phone number published online, make sure there’s always someone that pick up the phone! I need the parcel latest by Monday morning. With their service and attitude, I’m not even sure if it is possible.

Saya order dua barang yg sama di go shop. Cuma di almt yg berbeza tp masih di kawasan yg sama. Tp kenapa satu sedang out deliverd. Tp yg lg satu masih lg inbound ibukit mertajam. Mohon penjelasan dr pihak tuan
The pickup man came to press doorbell twice and left angrily immediately despite door open and we ran out to "scream" him back (a few step behind), but he just ignore and continue to walk, after few seconds he then look back angrily and collect the document rudely, without returning a copy of signed pickup for us? What on earth is this kind of service?

The tracking system shows it is out for delivery on 8th May 2020
and i waited until 6pm on 8th May 2020. It is still no where to be seen my parcel.
Fast and efficient,they help as much as they can, the service is very polite don't like the others that has a little racist to Chinese people
The customer service malay ladies in front really not helpful not accepted my item because not reasonable reason. Already packed in box
If you want to be fast, just drop off and leave. The location is a mistake I think, not convenient to access.
