Mr Vassend has provided excellent customer service guidance and assistance this morning. I have shipment to send to Singapore and the process was easy with his assistance.

Everything was of top standard.nothing too much trouble.the reception was clean and well maintained.the process was too fast…

The worst courier service ever, just waiting and waiting for my stuff to ship out from the them…just choose another courier trust me…

Friendly customer service will assist you for service that suit to you.
Its not easy to found if you didn't refer to map.
You may miss if you didn't slow down and watch when nearby.

It was fast delivery from Holland to Malaysia.
But upon reaching this branch, my parcel just stuck there. Thought they will deliver the parcel as they promised on Friday, I wait for them from morning until night and my parcel was not here. Checked again on Saturday, it mentioned that it will deliver it before 4PM but wait until 4PM it updated to will deliver by the end of the day and continue my wait until 11PM and my parcel not even here yet.

Good service from front desk officers. From walk in Fedex, packing items, printing AWB and invoice, All done in 10minutes for sending parcel oversea.

Very slow, much more slower than poslaju or ninja van. 2 days my parcel delivered in bayan leps with no action.international company? Rubbish.

I went at a time slot when they are less busy. But it took them half hour to process my parcel. This is not acceptable service for a multinational shipping company. Service is sluggish and unacceptable. They had one terminal where the customer is expected to enter their shipping information. And when a customer is hogging the terminal, nothing gets done.

Convenient location to ship your parcel overseas. Ample of parking place and near to Queenbay Mall.

Please remember to bring letter of authorization if you collect on behalf of your boss or company.

Paid $87.17 to have mail forwarded through fedex international priority from the US, it took 3 days for it to arrive into Penang and then a whole week of delays with poor communication. I've had better experiences with other couriers like DHL. Will not be using fedex again. Recommend others to try a different courier if getting mail forwarded from the US.

My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on 5th March but it turned pending with the status showing on FedEx vehicle. I wrote several emails to them but none of the staff can provide when will be the delivery date. JnT is better than FedEx with only 5% of the courier fee needed.

Very irresponsible.my parcel nearly being ship back to origin country due to their poor management.never bother to call or inform the customer.and i was double tax for their fault!
one example of hell on earth.strongly advice to stay away.

Lately they provide very slow service but charges for International priority service charges.

Slow international delivery. No show for 4 consecutive days and had to pick up from branch myself. Much to be improved but customer service in KL was quite helpful.

At first, it scheduled deliver time was 6.00pm on 3-4-2020, but it fail
Secondly, it scheduled deliver time was 9.53am on 4-4-2020, and the document had reached Bayan Baru which is about 30 minutes from destination, but I wonder why the system stated that "Business closed - No delivery attempt" nd what the statement means. The person in charge sure knows that why shipper uses "One day delivery", it simply because the documents are BL, PL, FE and others. Now is Saturday, the "One day delivery" will become at least 4 days or even more days.

Good service. However they only do international shipment. No provide local shipment including Sabah and Sarawak.

1/2 bintang pon tak layak kot. Service sgt lambattt. Peram brg customer. Sampai sekarang barang masih tak sampai. Seminggu dah ni. Kalo dekat ku dah p ambil sendiri. Tapi i ni d sungai petani, office paling dekat bayan lepas. Sgt tak berpuas hati. Dah call dpt n0 1800 je. No office d bayan lepas tak der. Call sorang cakap selasaa. Call lg sekali cakap rabu lak. Sudahnya terpaksa tunggu la gak ni.

FedEx working hours start 8.30am, wait till 8.54am still no one, how to commit on time delivery?
