The worst place to be. CS is not able to assist with the refund upon PORT OUT from CELCOM. Not trained other than cash collection? Worst service provider.

Just wanted Celcom to know that you have an excellent staff by the name of Nur Nadia bt Zainuddin. She works at Celcom Queensbay. She could troubleshoot issues. Professional and patient with customers.my inquiry to her even though she was on leave or at night, she attended to my query immediately

Worse experience ever! Ordered IP12 Promax in Dec 2020, and thankfully received call in Feb 21 to collect the phone. Was told to come within 4 days or else the phone will be opened to sale. Apparently, when we reached there on the same weeked, to collect the phone, was approached by 'friendly' staff, talked in unpleasant tone with sour face. Asked us, whats our business that day and when told her that we wanted to collect the phone, all the staff asked whats the name. Waited for half an hour as phone was not there in their store. The whole process of getting the phone till payment was very horrible, finally, they took another customer’s phone and gave to us. Earlier during the promo, they promised to give an adaptor with discount, but that day, it was nil in stock as well. Offered us another adaptor with usb at different price. When we refused, asked us to order the adaptor first then come n collect later.what a stupid suggestion, if its not there, then dont call us to come and collect the phone la. Very bad service, irresponsible + lazy staff. They better close their business, be jobless and stay safe at home, rather than be rude to customer whose actually helping their sale

Very bad customer service. The female chinese shopkeeper better change your attitude. Was asking about the info of the product, what she answer is saying in an arrogant way and say if I don't believe I can go home and try myself, and say that I question her profession? I'm just asking my questions towards the product, and end up get a reply like this? Won't recommend this to anyone, continue your bad attitude. Ask her any question using social media also seen all my message without replying. Well done, such bad customer service you got.

Very bad customer service. Horrible attitude from the staff. Very not helpful and always act ignorant. End up scolding customer and blaming customer. Will never recommend this store to anybody.

The service very excellent.the staff very experienced in customer service. When i ask about the plan and bundle phone the staff explain very confidently.actually, im using webe unlimited data and everything when that staff convince me to take celcom plan so i felt attracting and finally i already transfer to celcom because of her. Congrates celcom! Celcom should hire like this staff.very helpful and good in everything especially in customer service.

Very very bad customer service. Went in to buy a phone as a present, and the staff were not interested at all to let us know about the plans available. Very standoffish and arrogant. When we went back into the shop, the staff actually rolled their eyes at us. My god. What a horrible experience. We left without purchasing the phone. Bought our phone from digi instead. Continue this attitude and celcom will lose all its customers. Very disappointing.

As on June-July 2018, Pathetic staff. They just don't care about the customers. Not at all helpful. No product knowledge. No service attitude. Misinforms customers. The staff ignores customers. Refuses prepaid services. Celcom, shut down this center if you cannot supervise such staff. At least you can save money.

I port 3 of my number from maxis to celcom, the staff at qb are so polite and follow up my case because my case is quiet complicated.they follow up my until my line activated.i also got free member card and free gift.so far, i nvr went to other celcom branch in png.only queensbay mall.

I went to queensbay mall last weekend to purchase easyphone.staff there is very friendly and helpfull too.they also help me to transfer all my data to my new phone.it was very easy working with them.totally gonna suggest my friend and family to go there:)
