Very bad courier service office.especially the Indian lady who sit in front of the counter. I reach there saw nobody at counter so voice up call called them. She heard my voice but just keep standing behind did her staff until I walked nearly saw her then she walk out slowly. Best Express boss if your want your raja uda office business become better please I think you need to do something to improve your service.
Penghantaran ok la, cuma tak puas hati sbb org yg hntr brg ni x maw naik atas hntar dekat rumah.rumah flat ada lift bknnya xda.sy srh dia naik letak kt pintu pagar sbb saya kerja.dia kata mmg dia xnaik.dia kol org srh turun ambil.dah kita ni kerja nk ambil celah mn? The delivery guy is nice, but the front desk staffs and customer service is bad, so lazy and rude
Tracking status showed attempt delivery failed for 2 days with reason "Nobody home due to holidays", this is office address and we are operating until 6pm on both days! What a great service? ! Called office and they promise to deliver the next day again, i hope nothing goes wrong this time.
If system allow to put negative or no star i will definitely put it! Poor service and also attitude problem.stick fragile and saw them accidentally fall my thing!

My parcel status didn't update after it says ready on the way PKPRB, but still doesn't send my parcel to the place.
The worst courier in the online buying experience. I strongly do not recommend you use this service.my stuff from ipoh to penang took 5 days, i tried to call the courier center but he told me that my stuff returned to ipoh because there was a problem.i know the problem designed deceive for delay delivery and even no update in tracking.
Bad service. Keep my parcel too long. Rider suppose to call on friday to deliver but didnt call, blatantly put receiver didnt pick up phone. Then Saturday morning called me, said wanna send, then end of the day rider can not make it, put in the status receiver reshedule. Have to wait for delivery on Monday. Until Monday now also didnt send. Dont even know why Taobao always use best ekpress. The worse!

Reception customer service is bad. Walk in to pickup item myself this morning because the tracking status stated (Manpower shortage), when I said i want to pickup my parcel, the staff said give me tracking, later 3-4pm they will arrange delivery again. Don't know she's lazy or stupid, I already walk in to pickup, still need to wait until 3-4pm. Bad service!
