Seriously worst service.my parcel out for delivery 1/11 but I get delivered today only.that's also I call management thats y I get today.seriously worst service.pls close ur company lah.also never reply correctly when asking about parcel.u will promise but 3 days didn't get parcel.today morning only get.pls lah if shoppe or Lazada or shein don't use best express for deliver parcels.dump express.really want to angry with them. I say I want to go my hometown because of them late 2 days I'm never go hometown. That one star also I dont want to give but can't must give.u never deserve that one star also.poor service
Out of delivery for two days and can't get the item delivered. What is the point for operating a Courier business and can't get item delivered. Please improve your efficiency ain't everyone got time to wait for your guys laziness.
Shopee shown that parcel arrived PGBMJ and it was out delivery next day. But after that suddenly status updated to delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Same story goes on for the next few days. I was very unhappy and call their BEST careline, i said no one call me after that my status update to recipient missed the call, she said will highlight for me to update status that my phone number doesn't have any problem. Then i wait and wait until today also dint get my parcel. I just want to know where is my parcel and whats the problem for u to send from BM to Seberang Jaya? If u cant send my parcel to me then please let me know, i will collect it in your outlet. You don't deserved even a star in this Google rating.
Staff bagi alasan tak ada duit kecik.rm1 pun tak ada dia cakap.lepastu cakap sni banyak vip bayar online.dia ingat smua org ada online ka.kerja sambil call org siap loud speaker lagi.terbaik

Delivery parcel dr BM ke Pmtg Nibong ambik masa sampai 3 hari hampehhh betui.
Slow betuila servis.
Penghantaran memang slow.out for delivery sampai 2 hari tak sampai2.padahal lokasi tak jauh pun.ambil masa punya lama.memang tak akan pakai dah courier ni.

I sent out an urgent item yesterday.
Expected to be delivered by noon today.
Checked the item actually arrived at this BM centre around noontime. Today.
Called around 4 pm to follow up again on the delivery. Was told item is on the road of delivery.
But…Till end of today still did not receive the parcel.
Office already closed by 6 pm.
Wonder what happened.
Not able to check and confirm delivery.
Logistics Service should be around the clock to update and help consumer tracking the items delivery!
Went here to post my stuffs. The staffs are super helpful. They helped me to pack my things into the box and wrapped them nicely and neatly. They help you from scratch. You can just walk in and tell them what you want. The staff are the best!
If you don't have box to put in your goods, you can buy it there. And the postage took less than 3 days to arrive! Top notch! Recommend everyone to come here if you want to post your stuff.
Kurier sampah. Servis macam najis mughallazah. Kalau hang tak reti nak deliver barang hang tak payah bukak company kurier. Baik bukak kedai nasi ayam ka kedai jahit ka. Peram barang orang sampai sebulan dah kenapa?
Worse courier service ever had, call no pick-up, come to hub center said not allow to collect, no transfer from hub to station on Saturday, no delivery on Sunday, not allow to self collection. Now most of courier service Sunday also delivery.

Barang dah 2minggu kt PGBMJ. Status penghantaran jadi 'delivery attempt was unsuccesful'. Kt status tu macam dh 2x hantar barang tapi sy x ada kt rumah. Tapi mmg barang x dihantar pun.hari2 saya tunggu.tiba2 status naik macam tu.entah bila boleh dapat barang.xpernah dpt servis kaurier macam ni.kalau xboleh hntar xpayah buat servis penghantaran laaa.adoii menyusahkan org
