Terrible service! It shows out from delivery at 10.30am, but is at 8pm now. The item still yet to deliver! It is a live stock! Dear sender, Pls do not use their service.
Call no pick up, msg no one reply. Goodness.

They only reply your pick up message, other than that, lost case, wrongly send parcel all they act don't know. And u keep ask and ask the person incharge still play deaf and escape from solving customer issue.

Useless service. Call many time phone not answer.send parcel and check tracking. Tracking written parcel deliver by rider but untill now tak nampak barang. Kalau macam ini boleh tutup perniagaan

DRIVER SANGAT BIADAP. DRIVER LORI PLATE PPK 7616 SANGAT TIDAK BERADAB. MINTA CUSTOMER SIGN TANPA TUNJUK BARANG SEDANGKAN KAMI SUDAH BAGITAHU PROSEDUR PENERIMAAN BARANG DI TEMPAT KAMI. TETAPI DRIVER BEBAI DULU BARU AMBIL BARANG. LEPASTU BILA TANYA NAK SIGN KAT MANA, IGNORE KITA DAN BILA SALAH SIGN MENGAMUK. TERUK BETUL PERANGAI.

Terrible service. No one answered the phone. Clearly stated address in Penang with postcode yet the parcel was sent to KL! There a living animal in the shipment and they are not going to make it without food and water. Please read the label on the parcel and use your brain if you have any when doing your job. Don't cause trouble to ppl. Everyone out there, please don't use this service. The worst delivery service ever!

Although not well known n rarely used by senders or sellers, I had 4 times experience of a receiver with them.
Didn't encounter any problem and they were quick to deliver all 4 times, less than 24 hrs didn't delay (my sender was from the same state of different town though)

For me so bad experience.ikan yang dihantar semua mati. Saya memang tak berpuas Hati dengan service BBB. Saya mengalami kerugian sebanyak RM 400. Saya harap BBB feedback balik bagi Saya.service memang teruk sangat. Saya harap BBB dapat memberi kerjasama.please feedback balik bagi saya

Irresponsible and unprofessional courier service! Dropped parcel to incorrect address without contact the receiver even the address is clearly indicate on the parcel. May have lost my parcel if the house owner didn't contact me. Worst courier service I ever encounter and really a hassle to deal with this during MCO.

You risk losing your stuff if you're using Airpak.
Firstly, their drivers don't have a mobile phone to call customers when doing the delivery (as told by the staff). So if you're sending it to your office building (those who cant send directly to the office reception), they wont call you and ask you to go pick it up at the lobby. Secondly, no one will pick up your phone if you call the office to ask for the status. So, what will happen is your parcel is most likely lost. Good luck i hope this wont happen to you.

I want to give (-5) star to their service because it just happen to me just now. Their driver is lazy and give many excuse. He asking me where is my house, when i told him the way to go to my house, he said his not cover around my house. So he want me to pick up at somewhere. When I said wait for me, I will go and pick up my parcel, he said he don't want to wait. So he want me to pick up at their office. If I need to pickup by myself, why should I pay for the service. Too Bad.

If there is minus five (-5) star, i would love to give them hell that minus poin five. My shopping staff have send my purchased items since 17 of october from KL to Penang. Guess what, one of the cartoon they send it wrong to Johor, what stupid creature on earth that possible. Since i supposed to be have flight by this morning, i have to reschedulle it until uncertainty time! Thanks Airpak, i wish you closing your service very soon

Their driver is very rude. I wanted the driver to wait for me for 5mins because I just 5mins away from my house. The driver shouted at me ' Kamu semua orang cakap 5mins, tetapi mau saya tunggu 20mins, Kamu sendiri Mari ambil'. Speechless with this kind of attitude

Very terrible service, always no people answer call, even have the girl who accept the call very unfriendly and no manners, call to schedule my delivery and she say will send today, and I wait for whole day, nothing I get

Penghantaran terlalu lama dekat dlm sebulan. Buat kerja ke buang masa service pon tak boleh pakai langsung.
