This shop doesn't deserve one star. Remove the young lady then maybe their reputation will be gaining better. Don't care who she is (maybe daughter of the owner or whatsoever), she has created negative images for the shop. Please respect each other as a human being, we are your great customer, not enemies. If you can't overcome your own negative energy, PLEASE GO SEE DOCTOR! DO NOT HURT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH YOUR RUBBISH WORD! If I can give -0 star, I will.

Very friendly neighbourhood shop. It's definitely recommended if you are looking for some stuff for your baking needs.

The young lady vry poor service then after I never enter to d shop n now I go to yen ingredients they got so so much choices.

I am a regular customer at this shop, minimal visits once or twice a week.was happy with the service until today.i do not want to speak ill of people as everyone is working hard to earn a living.this is what happen today as i felt wronged & victimised of the way my case was handled.i bought a tin pan 7" for baking yesterday & today i brought it back to ask for a n exchanged/replacement as t one i bought have 3 sides leakaged (water dripping out on 3 corners as i soaked for washing before usage). I approaced t lady with spec, & she mentioned: its common to have leakaged as its 'manually' made & not by machine, & that i should asked of the issue before i buy.i was stunned, its common sense that a sealed pan will not leak unless the workmanship is of low quality frm the retailer which whom they purchased the goods from. I was taken aback by such reply, i mentioned back if its common to have leakaged then its only right to put a notice to inform customer of such defect the item has. If its common, i am sure they are customers who had the same issue or they wouldnt mentioned or even know that its a common issue.to shortern the story, i wasn't allowed replacement nor can i top up the difference and change it for a better pan which doesn't leak. And the best part is she asked me whom i bought it frm, i said i purchased t item frm this shop i even have t receipt but the person who sold it to me was a young friendly guy but he wasn't around that moment, she said its not her selling to me, she is just a sweeper yet she can operate as a cashier, give her opinion & able to decide i cannot change my item & the shop hold no responsibility that t good sold is defected & that as a customer i didnt ask the right question before buying. I am dissapointed the way my case was handled. So in the end i went out going back with the defected good because i did not asked if the 'pan' can leak before i made payment for it yesterday. For those who are looking for baking pans, just be cautious.

Such a bad and worst attitude i ever seen in most of the retails. Wont even reply u after u had asked yet still continue doing their own things. Besides, even the products also unclear about what they hv selling while ady worked for so long in the shop but only tell u can't even refund or cancel it. Hi, if u not really willing to work or whatever plz gv others who r in needed right now to have this opportunity. I understand perhaps u r stressing in this pandemic season but nobody shud be endure ur temper or attitude like this ya. Plz show some respect to ur customers. Thank you.

The staff was very nice and willing to keep sharing their experiences with you then introduce all good stuffs in order to help u make excellent desserts! Keep support them!

Very bad service. Unfriendly especially the uncle is very arrogant. If you don’t like to run a business nobody force to do so. I've never seen such a rude customer service.

Went to this shop this morning. The young lady standing at the counter wasn't friendly at all. It seems she wasn't in a good mood, reluctant to answer much when customer asking question. I suggest this lady to rest at home rather showing black face at work. 2020 was a bad year to everyone, not sure when will this going to be ended. We are all suffering during the pandemic. Please show smiling face and be nice to each other, especially when you are in the service line. Customer come in and pay for what they want, we don't owe you anything. So, please SMILE. There was another guy at the shop, he was friendly during my visit.

My husband went to this shop for whipping cream that i wanted. He was on the phone with me while asking the guy in the shop for the brand i wanted. The guy replied (arogant & not friendly at all) that the brand only available in supermarket (bakers, you know straight away this is not true). So my husband end up not buying and leaving the shop. As he walked out, he heard the young lady in the shop spoke to the guy in cantonese "those that are not buying don't let them come in lar. "
What kind of attitude is that? ! Rude and kurang ajar. You dont even deserve 1 star.

Cramped place with many baking ingredients and items to choose (if not looking for a specific brand of item)

The item that ur shop sell was nice. The price was affordable. I like it so much. Its convenient for me to buy any bake ingredients.

Many baking ingredients, trays, cups etc. Attached receipt to show their pricing. Not cheap. Saw these cheaper on lazada with doing included. Might try that next time.
