Not recommended. Pick up car - The person in charged was ok but drove us to a dark area (reached Penang at late hour) to take the car (outside the airport, not inside)
While & drop car - Bad service and attitude. The person in charged has no manners at all and speaks with unclear voice. The rudest I have ever met. Rushed us to send the car earlier than the supposed time. Had to deal with a few contact numbers at the same time. It's confusing. The car was old and not in a really good condition. Don't 'simply' judge people. Be smart.

Invincible trouble (it is recommended not to speak Malay or find another place)
The contact's speech is unclear, and it takes several days to reply to a question or not to reply (WhatsApp)
Can't communicate well in English and Chinese
The car was in terrible condition, lots of food crumbs on the seat cushions, cracked glass, no water in the glass.
The only advantage is cheap (we rent an 11-seater car)

Can Not Change the Car Model, When i call for this company for request change the Car to another model, FIrst time have pick up my call and i already let him know what i request. After that they not pick up our call again and direct close our phone call. Very Bad Service

Driver and boss where is ur responsibility, driver speaking bad word to customer, nthen leave us to the gas station. Why can like this, is this ur company hospitality? I give boss know what happen but he ignore. He just care about money.

Terrible place to rent a car. RU2323 Alphard. The vehicle plate is brand new but the car is old, full of cockroaches and broke down in the middle of hot sunny road. Can't get anywhere with the car the whole day as it is being repaired. Asked for a refund BUT NOPE THEY DON'T BOTHER!
