34 The food was below average, especially the salted egg long beans that were extra disappointing, the salted egg taste was so diluted and couldn't be tasted on the long beans.
The server didn't give us a menu, just verbally listed the dishes they offered and pressured us into ordering immediately.
Food was below average. I have had many meals in such stalls before but this is one isn't cheap and the food wasn't good.
The fish was over price and la-la was not fresh.
I would not say the best and the worst.
But pricey for that environment and food.
It's just gonna be a one time go.
Very nice food, cheaper than some of the neighboring restaurant. Service attitude is awesome
Four of us stayed at a nearby PD coastal hotel and this was one of the nearest restaurants with pork, seafood and beer. Family run restaurant seems to have been around for at least 20yrs although it was my first time there. Fish fillet i wanted was sold out but we had prawn omelette, claypot tauhu, chicken and claypot pork belly. Portions were filling for 4 of us but prices slightly high for PD but still okay at a tourist area. Service was quick and attentive. Shoplots had ample roadside parking. If i am back in this area, will go back again for dinner.
Worst ever.
The person who took our orders not friendly at all.
The foods taste bad. Not worth at all.
Freaking expensive
I paid rm50 for 5 prawns.
Total bill rm108 for 4 person.
Small portions ok. Not even medium portion.
They prioritize chinese customer.
I saw they chasing indian customer saying that no more foods.while at same time open new table for chinese customers.
Now its 2023. Why be so racist.
Please dnt come here and waste ur money.
To restaurant manager.
It would take for me a sec to make noise. Remember u will get nicely from 1 customer very soon for ur rasict manner.
For breakfast, we ordered wan tan mee.d worst wan tan mee i had.not clean at all.drinks also smelly.
Found dead fly in the steamed fish dish. Very pricey and food quality is lousy. Wont recommend this place.
Bad service, expensive and food portion was small. Small portion meant for one pax not two pax Also their menu got no price. Just the name of the dishes. Their server don’t even know the price. Got to ask their boss. If you hunt for chinese food I would recommend Weng Yin Seafood Village. Not far from here. All servers were than here lol
I was there on 14 September 2022. I totally concurred with Karen Lee's comments, no prices on the menu. This is a tourist spot and i believe most of us (i.e. Visitors) are very cautious about being overcharge, so when i ask for the pricing of the dishes i intended to order, the skinny young lady (who were taking our order) went in and out to check the prices, she was completely clueless in terms of pricing (or pretend to be clueless?). In the end, she rolled her eyes and ask another older lady to take our order, the older lady wasnt friendly as well when we ask for the pricing for each dish we wanted to order.
To be fair, the dishes were not bad (read: not amazing). But the whole experience was quite bad as the skinny young lady continue to rolled her eyes on us whenever we accidently look at her lol.we were planning to go to Weng Ying, but i guess most of them closed on wednesday.so, If those recommended restaurants closed during your visit, my suggestion is to go to Tino's pizza. Tino's pizzas were not cheap, but their pizza blows my mind! 9/10!
We came to dine here couple of years back. Looks the same interior and exterior. We ordered fried salted egg mantis (very good), ginger springbonion lala (very delicious), sweet potato leaves (good) and assam red snapper (average). As expected bill came just below RM100. Its a family run business, service quite good.
Decent Chinese food. Most importantly they accept QR pay/ credit card which was a plus point as we did not have any cash at hand.
Food is reasonable price. Family run Restaurant. Good services and Attentive. Easy parking. Most important food is tasty good.
Second time here, good home cooked style dishes. Really liked their stir fry veges, not too oily and done well. Had baby kailan with salted fish and 4 heavenly kings with belacan. Also ordered ginger and scallion pork, claypot toufu and deep fried fish. Very satisfying meal. Lady boss was friendly. Will come again!
Butter prawns are good and the rest are not. No prices in the menu.i pay for 78RM for 3 mains. Butter prawns are 5pcs. The pork with salted fish too much dried chilli than the meat. And the seafood soup no seafood at all.
We stayed in Thistle, and this is one of the nearest spot where you can get good food when you really get tired of what the hotels offer.
Lousy food with super bad service. Will not come here again and will never recommend this restaurant to anyone that going to port dickson
The Thai fried chicken here is excellent, even the Pork trotter (stew) to perfection. Ask for the Menu.is reasonable in pricing for good food in Port Dickson when you are on holiday looking for Chinese food. You will be surprise by our Malaysian indian friends patronize this shop n they enjoy the food here very much. Many tourist come to this shop too but this is one of the honest shop that don't hustle your bills. They serve Beers too. But no worries NO girls beers promoter here. Just enjoy a breeze airy environment here in Port Dickson, teluk kemang, 9and the half miles on you left. A corner shop with good parking. Just drive slow ly n take care cos is near very near the T - junction TRAFFIC light.careful n have a good dinner this open holiday season.
God Bless your holiday.
If you go for holidays in Port Dickson don't forget you can get delicious seafood in here. Price are very reasonable. The boss is very nice.
The seafood is ridiculously NOT fresh. Extremely disappointing. Ruined my dinner completely. Never come here again!
