Bad experience, bought 2 ipad and 2 case, specifically request for different colour due to want to have a difference for my 2 sons. The green case due to the glue on the case have dried up and unable to glue together the case and cover, go to the shop for exchange. Request for the same colour and they are out of stock, so request to switch to another brand, was told by the staff that i can only exchange for a higher price case and topup. (the case i bought is already the highest priced case sold by them) Filed a complaint on their facebook and get lame response.
