La Playa, Bar & Restaurant

Relatively nice place in the area. Gets crowded at times. We could see few empty seats but waiter1 insisted we sit on high chair as apparently empty tables were reserved but waiter2 happily allotted those to us.
We ordered food for 4, but they forgot main course for one.
We ordered Aglio Olio but there was no olive oil in it…. They probably use palm oil which is available in abundance locally.

Visited on 31 Dec 2023 for New Year’s Eve, we did not have a reservation, they were kind enough to let us dine in till 9pm, fair enough. Had the lamb shoulder and kampung fried rice. Food was good, price was decent. Right next to the beach with a sunset view. It is best to make a reservation before coming. Service was kinda slow. Probably the only decent bar in Port Dickson.

Atmosphere is definitely a 5 star. Services can be improved on more people to serve.

One of the must visit place in PD. If you a lamb person must try their mutton fried rice, mutton pizza, lamb shoulder
A chillax place for some drink but due to PD limitation so this place would be crowded during fri-sun so reservations is what u see on most tables. Do go early as 5pm to avoid booking and crowd, eat drink while waiting for sunset

Came for dinner today, ordered ice chocolate and lamb shoulder and some shots, ice chocolate taste like water and I was told it is supposed to take like that request them to fix that, they fixed that for me taste ok then. But the lamb was raw, inform the waiters they told us the cook said could replace a new half of the lamb shoulder, only took one bite but never got a replacement of a whole dish, very disappointed services. I actually came here twice previously food was good but services not really.

Food was so good! The lamb was tender and the chicken carbonara pasta was so creamy and good! The service was good but the waiter was quite rude and ignorant. Will go here again! Hope this restaurant will improve the service.

Aglio olio - 3/10 (RM28 per plate but uses frozen prawn & the spaghetti is overcooked & overall taste burnt; horrible!)

Chicken chop - 6/10 (abit dry)
Mango banana milkshake - 5/10 (taste abit artificial & not cold at all)

Best of the best restaurants in the town, for 4 days in a row, we only visited this bar. Great food, great atmosphere, live music, good facility and on top of everything, their staff make you feel all your needs are well met.

Food used to be bad previously. But now they improved so much. The lamb chop is so good. The black pepper sauce for the lamb chop and chicken is very nice. The pizza was so rich. Dough is very crunchy and tasty. Ambience is perfect. Sea view.

Went for dinner w/ family. When asked, waiter didn't even look around before telling us they were fully booked. We walked around to find several empty tables (not reserved) and got ourselves a seat. The food was quite a disappointment considering the high price they are charging (rm28 for their cheapest main dish). Had better ones for cheaper/same price. However the breathtaking view with the sun setting over the beach makes up for the mediocre food. Service was decent. Overall a place to chill & hangout but definitely not for the food.

Love the Virgin Mojito, Shirley Temple suits those who loves less sugar. Saya suggests hot wings tu lagi pedas wedges and fries sedap! Will come over again here with hubby. Nice view and music?

Toasted bread with mutton curry, a little sour, yogurt should be reduced and please add potatoes as it gives more flavor
Lastly please ensure that you do not have stray dogs roaming the premises.gives the whole place a negative feel

Nice place if you are here for the ambiance and the sunset view, but the food is far from good (at least for the few dishes we ordered). The Chicken Burger is way too salty, Hot Wings are Tasteless, Chicken and Ham Pizza is really just so-so. Even the Classic Mojito does not hit the note. I'll likely not come back unless when all I need is a few pints of beer.

Nice place to chill since it overlooks the sea. Came here for the sunset view. Please ensure you make reservation if you want the best seats. Food was quite good. Enjoyed the vibes here. Parking was ample but do come early. Overall we had a good time time.

Friendly staffs. Reasonable price. Grill chicken not bad. Lychee Margarita on the rock is awesome. Waze will bring u to wrong location. Stunning sunset view, good ambiance.

Located along the main road and beside the beach, it is an open-air restaurant both indoor & outdoor. Service (even order taking) & food preparation is extremely slow. Fries is as thin as it can be. Fish & Chips, mutton fried rice & Grill Chicken Chop is average. Is probably good for sunset view however for actual dining the experience lacks as it a simple building with no view at night and the food options is limited (upon entering they will tell you Pizza, Burger & Sandwiches is not available hence you are left with even fewer options). There is limited parking in front of the restaurant.

Good staff, good manners, excellent services, and the food is good. The portion is large and worth my money. Thank you for the good service

Beautiful beachfront with picturesque sunset view of the ocean. Great venue for whole family and friends to dine-in and enjoy what Port Dickson has to offer.
