House is good and nice, but the one of security very very disturbed very low attitude

Bayu 1 is very lovely place for a family with young kids. It's quiet and safe. Unfortunately since I was a student I didn't fancy my experience since I had to trek daily or cycle to my uni (INTI). For students looking to move there with a group of friends I strongly advise a car to travel in.

Low dense townhouse environment. Peaceful and a good place to live. But the guard is very strict.

Security is not strict but rude. Being strict & being rude is 2 different thing. Environment is good.
