Sultanah Aminah Hospital

One of the worst hospital I ever visited. The ward are full of insects. My brother was admitted and notice lot of ants all over his body. He was in coma and not well manage. This is one way direction hospital. Dont trust this hospital the worse and no professional doctors and healthcare workers. Very disappointing.

This hospital is showing its age, and there could be more done in the way of basic and simple maintenance - for example, a paint job could make the place more cheerful, and taps and other fixtures in the toilets should work well. And, at least in the two wards I have seen so far, there was no wheelchair-friendly toilet/bathroom.

The wards are also really crowded with beds often added in the aisles and sides. There's a real need for more bed space or another hospital.

No 2 biggest hospital in malaysia.worked there as engineer.all the staff include doc and nurse worked very hard.governent should focus on modernized this hospital.please have some pity on patient and staff

Please if you see the staff flaw or sometime taking rest or 'curi tulang ' a little.please be kind to them.no need to show to the social media.

I Worked to hard at there.also them.please be kind.they tried the best to serve you despite the busyness, crowded, and their mental.

Very poor services! Especially the nurses, who are very irresponsible and lazy.didn't really care about the patients. Ask them for help for many times, but they won't come and help you. Just call you wait and wait and wait!

My heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of HSAJB for looking after my dad before he passed on. Though overwork and under stress, they did their job diligently and showed respect to people under their care.

There's a good side and a negative side in every place, and this one not excluded. For service part I will rather not complain too much as we are paying less than the private, yet we also deserve a better service, at least. Been visiting this place since a child, and I can see some improvement at some point. Just hope in the future they will provide us a better service. Wish you all well and good luck.

I went to jabatan rekod to apply for my medical record. Waited 30 minutes for my turn. Not their fault since there are many people in front of me. The annoying part comes when I am told to go to the main building to pay. I have to spend 15 minutes to find a parking, another 30 minutes to queue to pay. The payment system is not customer friendly. Who wants to spend 1hour and 15 minutes at a hospital just to get a medical record? If no transport, taxi fees would be very high.

NOT recommended. I would give ZERO star!
Not good. Hygiene is real bad.
Patient get infection and nurse is not helpful and not professional.
My dad got infection after operation and no action is being taken.
There will be no second chance for government hospital in my life!

Mesin deposite & ATM semua syarikat kewangan perlu disediakan kawasan bilik daftar masuk HSAJB bagi memudahkan urusan perbankan di kawasan HSAJB.

Utter rubbish.
No basic hygiene practice by medical professionals.
No medical ethics practiced.
Medical equipment used and reused.
This can caused cross contamination and infections.

Mohon pegawai yg menjaga bahagian kaunter menjaga lebih bersopan dan menjaga percakapan ketika melayan pesakit.

You can tell how bad it is if an experienced doctor starts fuming about the mistreatment of my grandmother who was in coma.broken unusable wheelchairs blocking the entrance of the toilets.a lot of nurses but none catering to the patients.patients' labels by the bed simply printed out on normal paper.and a dress code really?

edit: i have a genuine question.are people supposed to sleep for days on end immediately after being supplied oxygen (through pipe too, not a gas mask oddly enough) ?

Condition of visitor parking really need to be improve, as well as the number of parking lot.
Nurses in Cardiology department are very friendly and the environment is neat and clean

Sultanah Aminah hospital is one of the oldest hospital in johor bahru. Nursing staff is responsible and well trained. Modern equipment and professional doctors, good tight security under police bantuan. Registration staff is quick and fast, well managed clean and tidy place. Huge range of parking. Beautiful location. Emergency services are super fast, hospital located on beautiful place.

Keadaan suasana tempat paking kereta tidak teatur, cuma paking kereta bedekatan dengan wat pesakit perempuan, kereta tidak paking dengan cara yang betul. Letak kereta ikut suka mana nak letak.

Hi.im yew sok gek patients of GH. I know there is increase of patients fee and Im over 55 years any special for senior citizen price or else.please advices the walk in price of Deman & normal sickness, leg pain & body check up (never do before)
