Spent the whole week at this hospital due to both of my children need to be warded. The nurses are good, some of them are very good (helpful, friendly and care). The doctor is ok and reasonable but always in rush when he visit the kids (No further explanatiom for the diagnose). The room is good, clean, spacious and comfortable. The food not so good (the western food are delicious while some of the malay food are tasteless). The afternoon snack were always delicious. The cleaner came 3-4 times daily to clean the room.

Doctor Lee Kim Tiong very good service, kindness, friendly & polite nurses also especially miss Zilah & miss Mimi. The nurses always smile & very welcoming

Hmm Logic cant accept invoice 3864853 only test blood and urine MYR 468.70 while basic medical check up package MYR 380 including ECG and X-ray.

Tak tunggu lama untuk masuk ke wad. Makan di wad sepanjang 5 hari memang sedap. Doktor, staf nurse, fasiliti semua terbaik.
Kurang 1 star sebab setiap malam terjaga 2/3 pagi ada nurse ketawa, sembang kuat di depan pintu wad.

I recently visited your hospital with my aunt for her medical needs, and I must commend the satisfactory level of service and hospitality we experienced. However, I noticed an urgent need for improvement in the waiting area, particularly the addition of more chairs in the doctor's clinic waiting area. Many patients, including myself, had to stand for prolonged periods. I hope you take this suggestion into consideration to enhance patient convenience and improve the overall quality of hospital services. Thank you.

Dari 11.30am hingga kini (9.30pm) masih disidai tanpa wad.menyesal datang sini.too much dif dgn kpj PG.harapnya lepas ni xlagi kembali ke sini.

I have been to Puteri Specialist many times as the Doctors there a very talented and good at their diagnosis.
I observed that the benches next to Dr Guna's clinic is insufficient as many patients had to wait standing as no benches available next to his clinic some had to sit far while waiting for their turn and this is not conducive for elderly and sick patents. I had highlighted the matter to the customer services but no response until I had to do it on my own

I don't really have a good experience here.
Waited for quite some time in emergency room. Then, I was being pushed aside (around 20 minutes) to wait for admitting ward. Be aware of unseen charges. Once you admit, you need to pay few hundreds as a deposit. It will be double charged if admitting or doing any operation during weekends and after working hour (there are specific time slot). So my scan was postponed to weekday. I believe the double-charge condition maybe the same as other private hospitals. I am not satisfied with the doctor's description of the pre-diagnosed treatment. He placed a question mark there and it made the insurance company be more sceptical on my sickness. Take note: Your insurance company may not inform you there is a possibility for you to pay your own first then claim back if you are a quite new policy holder (less than 2 years). With unclear statement given by the doctor, I didn't get the guarantee letter. I paid the deposit a day before the scan. However, they made me fast for more than 11 hours before the scan. They even wanted me to top up the amount of deposit before I did the scan. Can you imagine when you have waited for the scan and hear all of those statements? My family was very angry with their treatment on me. Keep asking $$$! My point here is the hospital management should be improved and be more considerate (I have paid a quite high deposit amount). By the time we discharged, definitely we need to pay. So, what's the point you sound so cruel to the patient? You can mention it when we pay the deposit. Not keep asking money at all time!

Disappointed with the manual q system.last time when we came for follow or appointment with the clinic, just take number & we can sit. But now, old school system.counter ask me to q in front of the clinic until 8.30am just to take number. Imagine how long we have to q until 8.30am and stand here since 7.30am? And what about senior citizen? We are here because we are patient who need treatment.and we pay.not for free. Management hv to do something or patient will choose another hospital with advance system.
This is my personal review.hope to get attention from management immediately. Tq.

On 28/06/2023 @0846hrs i call to check to whether dr.xxx available or not but the customer service officer attend my phone not professional at all.i hope KPJ send their officer for training how to talk to customer better

The environmemt here is similiar like pasar pagi or malam, MESS. Terrible service & attitude here. The doctor assistant at the klinik, cashier & the staff at enquiry counter service attitude is terrible BAD. You all show black face to patients for what? No training here? Management team r u sleeping? U sure want to maintain this kind of standard in ur hospital to spoilt ur reputation?

Waited at the admission counter for so long.staff busy chit chatting and act don’t know. When we ask then act like checking! Insurance already approve and yet you guys still delaying and can laugh here and there seriously?

Very bad experience. I took appointment and came for see doctor. It shows here 8.30am to 5pm but till now doctor yet to arrive. Doctor name: YAP SAU PENG (consultant physician & cardiologist) we”ve been waited 2 freaking hours, it’s 10.30am now! What kind of attitude, no punctuation! Very bad experience… I think government hospital are way more better than KPJ …. Instead of private, this should be called as government hospital! Please look into this. Everyone have their own schedule and this just ruined everything!

The worst kpj. Emergency unit on night very slow. Ank ak jatuh katil, kepala benjol, muntah byk kali & terus lembik tak aktif, ktorg pecut gi emergncy kpj ni. Pastu tunggu gila lama. Dh register, x panggil2 doc nye. Hampir sejam tunggu, then baru nurse panggil itu pn tnye basic di bhgian luar tepi tangga, bukan di dlm bilik doc ye. Pastu nurse tu suggest buat ct scan. Pastu tunggu lama lg, pastu boleh nurse tu bg suggestion suruh kami pegi hospital lain siap bg listing no telefon private hospital lain, suruh kami call hosp lain tnye ad x doc senior pakar sbb doc tu kt kpj tgh bcuti, so xde doc senior yg boleh handle ank i that time. Boleh eh buat cmni kat customer? Mmg istigfar habis dh mase ni, lps dh tunggu lame, boleh pulak bg suggestion mcm tu kt ktorg.pastu nurse tu panggil tah doc ape tah kluar suh explain kt ktorg, explain pon bnde sama. Mcm nk tolak kami tahu x. Apa salah kitorg? Kitorg ni x bayar ke? Kitorg ni memenatkan korang ke? Anak ak sakit tahu x, jtuh katil kpla bengkak muntah2, lg korg lambat2 kn n nak tolak ktorg.ape perasaan korg klau anak korg jadi cmni, pastu bkejar korg ke hosptial tp korg dpt nurse doc yg acuh x acuh? Ak x mengamuk masa tu, tp ak ckp kt doc tu pape buat je ct scan dlu, pastu baru decide everything. Nk tggu ct scan pon sejam lebih tunggu, padahal mse scan tu x smpai 5minit pon. Alasan nye kata mlm ni rmai yg buat scan, rmai yg dtg psakit bkaitan otak. Siap nurse dlm emergency room tu kata “harini hari otak sedunia ke? ” Boleh eh cmtu attitude korang? Alhamdulillah sblum ank ak buat ct scan yg berejam tunggu tu ank ak dh aktif balik, aktif mcm biasa, lega dh rasa. Sbb kn lama berejam tggu turn nk ct scan, ak pn pegi lh jumpe doc tu balik, ak kate lama lg ke, ank ak dh aktif balik, klau lama lg ak nk cancel nk pantau dlu di rumah. Mati2 doc tu kata “ eh x boleh! Prosedur hosp kena buat jugak sbb dh muntah2 kne ikut prosedur x boleh kemana2 atleast 24jam. ” kemain lg, td kau nk tolak kitorg suh gi hosp lain tu pon prosedur hospital jugak ke? Tunggu punye tunggu brulh dorg pgil utk ct scan, itupn proses 5min pon x smpai. Apa yg lama tunggu pon x thulah. Result klua pon cepat je, x smpai 30min.pastu doc tu klaur balik explain result ok, klau x nk admit hosp pntau je dr rumah. Mmg x ingin ak nk admit hosp kau ni. Lg lh mcm2 buat ak naik darah nnt. Just nk puji kt abg kakak kt bhgian register and payment counter tu je yg sudi mmbantu kami mmpcepatkn proses, hmpir pkul 2am baru dpt pulang rehat.

My sincere thanks to Doctor Razali to be so much humble to my immobilised son. He is the humblest doctor I ever seen in my lifetime. Having such a good hearted doctor is a credit to KPJ Puteri Johor.

Today I bring my 3 days old baby to a paedeatric here. The queue number before opening many numbers also were taken. I asked the nurse to ask the doctor whether the new born can be attended too asap. So many sick children around, especially in times like this… as a parent if I’d see a new born and my kids was sick I wouldn’t mind letting the new born first. The nurse didn’t even bother to ask the doctor. And the nurse attitude is terrible.

I hope this post reaches the management to take action. Is common sense… how many newborn can there be in a day?

Bad service! Everything is soooooooo slowwlllyyyy especially casheer and pharmacy.they said it because the system, but OMG their system really bad. I thought new building will be better service. Better to find another hospital.

Sangat sangat sangat sangat lambat dan lembap.kalau i need to wait for 2-3 hours just to be attended, baik i direct to general hospital.bayar pun seringgit je compare dengan beratus kt sini.staff pum buat tak tahu je.

Poor service, Delay, slow & unprofessional doctor and nurse. But good on MRI equipment and scan procedures.
My experience at KPJ puteri because of Child headache refer the Paediatric Neurology. After the checkup, doctor unable confirm the symptoms then arrange MRI and admission.
1. The arrange is delay & slow:
Since 1pm go to admission register and wait till 20.30pm for the ward then able to admission. Suppose we should arrange MRI scan but doctor never mention anything and nurse totally do nothing. Until next day on 11.30am after doctor visit just register MRI on 13: 00pm wait till 16: 00pm then do the scan. Because of the delay, doctor mention need to wait the MRI details report and request stay 1 night again. In the end we spend 3days for the admission and discharge for this 1 hour MRI.
2. Unprofessional:
Doctor did not show us the MRI report with explanation. Just verbally say no issue. When I discharge and asking the MRI filem, the department say need to wait 40mins to print out. I am doubt whether there are really to see / review the actual result. I know it can read by the software, but to me they are not serious to the patient.
3. Poor service:
My child is required to dripping. When she feel pain, we call the nurse to coming for check but reaction is wait eventhough there are 3 of nurse all use phone for calling. After waiting 30sec, we press the bell. When the nurse coming she replied "Sabar, sabar" relax. The nurse never concern about the patient but act like impatience and angry.
But I thank for the MRI department that allow us to accompany with my child otherwise is scary for the kids.

Everything is about money in this Hospital.
Diagnostic will take forever with many unnecessary testings, long stay there for a simple thing, not satisfied.
However, the employees are polite and friendly.
