2 Malay ladies at the front just say it's minimum 40 per package and didn't even bother to explain to me.fyi it wasnt packed that day.they just don't want to layan me as I am a prepaid card user.

Cozy and spacious environment. Seats are enough for waiting. Moderate capacity. Many helpful staffs ready to attend you once you enter. Self service terminals for bill payment and sim replacement at ease with options from cash to electronic transaction.
Very bad service. The head of the store (Malay) and a salesperson (Chinese tall guy whom refused to reveal his name) talked rudely when I asked for help to get a new sim card. The Malay even told me to go and report/make a complaint if I’m not pleased with his attitude! What a service and employee you digi have! Sucks!
Very nice, no need take queue ticket, just approach the staff there even while they're attending to others.
They will definitely stop what they doing and attend to you first. Because the queue ticket is for people who have extra time.
This branch totally has delivered Digi's vision in servicing their customer.
Will continue to support Digi, by paying RM15 a month for RM1 services.

Poor service. Ada 1 perempuan staff rajin service customr sahaja. Yg lain 2 lelaki diri, ya berdiri sahaja.
I was served by Mohamed. Very friendly customer service officer. Good, systematic and thorough explanation.
Digi plan mobile enquiry or purchase can visit Digi, advisable to go on weekdays to save your time
Worst customer service ever. Waited 45 minutes just to be told that bill is not ready to discuss the issue. Madness.
Please add more chairs so your customer can sit while waiting for their turn, today i waited nearly 45mins standing, ended up sitting at the staircase outside your store entrance like a beggar, kindly

Digi internet reception are very bad signal in taman molek and taman desa harmoni eventhough the biggest digi store/branch were located at taman molek. Complain many time but no upgrading been done.

The staff is not really helpful.the staff, women in hijab outside have a bad attitude towards customer. Lolll. Very bad experience.
I waited a very long time. 1 hour I waited. My mother came from Kulai. In the end, there is a system problem! Very very very bad service
Beratur panjang, staff yang melayan pelanggan 3 orang sahaja.servis tidak memuaskan.menunggu makan masa yang lama.perlu ke centre untuk buat urusan tapi store terhad.
All digi postpaid services are easy to activate but very difficult to terminate. Most of digi stores are telling you to go to this shop to terminate your postpaid. You have to wait outside for at least 2 hrs to get your turn. Very hot and I am very unhappy for this type of customer service. Think twice before you subscribe any postpaid digi service.
It really poor with your service. Because i went to your service center at taman molek johor bahru wanna to activate the broadband service, cause i bought this broadband in langkawi n now finish the contract i wish to use it again, i just buy a digi card with your dealer and he said that u can use it for boardband but need to go center to activate.so i went. I reach the the guy say where is the box and he need to check the imei number. I said the box i already throw, so how? He said need to check the imei number, maybe people give u the broadband and come to active.so i was very angry cause if u sell the product to your customer and cant check for the imei number or the detail of the customer so please dont sell to your customer.this is the last time i will go digi.totally sXxxxxzzzzz
I went to meet, talk, sign for iPhone 12 to your customer service at your digi center yesterday afternoon during MCO, that we need to check in for my sejahtera by phone and only 1 person can come in. I was understand it ………. I want to complaint about your security guard’s attitude is not polite toward customer and judge me based on my nationality (if I am Malaysian or not Malaysian……is that matter) ……………………………… The customer service is friendly, helpful, and good attitude yesterday.
